A total of 704 cattle were yarded at the Nebo combined agents' store sale last Friday with dry conditions continuing to ease markets across the state.
Cattle consisted of 450 steers, 224 heifers, 22 cows, one cow and calf and eight bulls/mickeys.
Producers offloaded largely from local and coastal areas.
Peter Hayes of Hayes and Co said the market had waned.
"The market was easier than usual," he said.
"The heavier cattle were averaging 10 to 15 cents cheaper and the young cattle were averaging about 20 cents cheaper.
"Lines were sold to an easier market."
Mr Hayes said the market ease followed similar trends seen across the state as the dry spell continues.
"The market ease is due to both the dry conditions and weather that is being experienced largely across the northern and central areas of the state," he said.
The market was firm on the lighter quality pens and the balance was slightly easier with sale going with the trend from other centres last week across Queensland.
Orders came from the south with local buyers also present on the ground.
Despite the lack of rainfall, Mr Hayes said quality lines of cattle were on offer.
