The Queensland Simmental bull sale exceeded all expectations, with event organizers and vendors praising the overall success of the sale.
The sale is the start of the bull selling season at the central Queensland livestock exchange (CQLX) in Gracemere.
Overall, the Simmental sale attracted 12 vendors from across the country, offering 82 bulls.
Eighty-two bulls sold, for a top price of $22,000, with a healthy sale average of $12,207, 100pc clearance, and an overall total gross of $1,001,000.
