Tristania is divided into nine paddocks and has an estimated carrying capacity of 80 breeders.

Tristania's owners currently enjoy an rare 986ha acre forestry lease adjoining the property. The interests in the lease will be transfer to the buyer, subject to HQ Plantation approval.
The area has a number of trails and tracks that can be used for horse riding, motorbikes, mountain bikes or hiking, and is renowned for its deer.
