GREG and Jacqui Bowen's 4311 hectare (10,652 acre) Jericho district property Mundaroo has sold at an Elders auction for $865,000.
Located 46km from Jericho and 90km from Blackall, Mundaroo was bought by Bryce Lawrence, Clermont, to be used as a breeding block.
The country is described as being predominantly red loam to sandy loam soils, timbered with box, bloodwood, ironbark, wattle, quinine and soap bush.
Pastures include spear grass, button grass, and spinafex with establishing areas of buffel and seca.
Water is supplied on the well grassed property by two bores and three dams.
Improvements include a three bedroom home and a machinery shed.
