Vendors from across Queensland are set to offer 130 red and grey bulls at the Gold City Brahman Sale.
After an outstanding result for the breed during the Rockhampton Brahman Week Sale, buyers will once again be able to source quality Brahman genetics.
In 2018 Gold City topped at $27,000 for grey bull Toy Boy Darius (D) offered by Troy Lindsay, Toy Boy Brahmans, Neurum, and bought by Dean Rasmussen, Droonoodoo Brahmans, Kingaroy.
Australian Brahman Breeders' Association manager Anastasia Fanning said the sale has been running successfully for the past three decades.
"It's a well established sale servicing producers in the north however there are always some sires retained for stud purposes, which shows that the quality of the top of the sale remains strong," she said.
