Goat racing was one of the festival's most popular events.
The odd sprinkle of rain wasn't enough to dampen spirits at Barcaldine's Tree of Knowledge Festival over the weekend.
The festival is named after the famous ghost gum near Barcaldine's railway station, which is celebrated as the birthplace of the Australian Labor Party.
This year's event included markets, the Tree of Knowledge Cup Race meeting, the Barcy Revfest, the May Day March and goat racing.
