CENTRAL Queensland rider Jordan Iker will be the only cowboy competing in both rough stock and timed events at the Moranbah Rodeo on Saturday, June 2.
Jordon and his father Shane are both in the rope and tie and team roping while Jordan is in the saddle bronc at Moranbah.
Shane will also compete in the steer wrestling at Bundaberg.
The rodeo weekend for Shane starts with the Bundaberg Show Rodeo on Friday evening.
He will compete in rope and tie, steer wrestling and team roping at both rodoes.
Jordan is in a strong field in the saddle bronc at Moranbah on Saturday which includes 16 nominations.
The favourites for the saddle bronc at Moranbah are Wandoan cowboy Cameron Webster who heads the APRA standings and New South Wales rider Tim Hammond who is in second place.

Webster won at Lang Lang, Barooga and Deniliquin, finished second at Omeo and third at Great Western on a weekend when there were six rodeos in Victoria and New South Wales.
This weekend, the first rodeo action in the APRA will be at the Bundaberg Show on Friday where Webster and Hammond will also go head to head.
Some of the toughest competition will be in the ladies timed events at Bundaberg Show.
Past APRA all around cowgirl champion Shianne O'Donoghue Kent from Bunyip (Vic) will start favourite in the barrel race and breakaway roping.
However, she will face some tough opposition at both rodeos from fellow Victorian Julie Breed who is second in current all around standings.
Lockyer Valley rider Cheyenne Whitwell will be one of the favourites from Queensland.
After this weekend, rodeo competition will shift to Bowen River for two separate rodeos at Strathmore Station on the June 9-10 weekend.
