DALBY grain and grazing property St Clare will be auctioned by Ray White Rural on May 18.
Located 18km south of Dalby, the property covers 514 hectared (1270 acres) and is in 13 freehold portions and one leasehold title.
The country consists of self-mulching alluvial plain soil running onto Condamine River blue gum/river red gum flats.
There is 182ha of zero till fallow dryland country and a further 20ha of cultivation available.
Improvements include a 23x14m machinery shed enclosed on three sides and a Kotzur 100 tonne silo. There are also equipped steel and wood cattle yards.
St Clare is described as having quality soils for grain or cotton production with the versatility of Condamine River grazing country.
