Large areas experience periodic flooding. The property has improved pastures strongly suited to growing and fattening cattle. There is farming potential for an estimated 3000 acres.
Selling Robert Murillo, Elders Mackay, told the North Queensland Register there were five registered bidders and that the losing bidder was the owner of the neighbouring property, Gundaroo.
