Several categories will be contested with a staggering prize pool of more than $40,000.
The horse races will be run over nine heats, consisting of six horses in each heat for thoroughbreds contested over 600m.
To add to the entertainment for the weekend there will be live music, including Latino, brass and Caribbean steel drum bands, plus a jazz band in the car park.
Junior and senior Fashions on the Sand competitions are expected to be hotly contested, so bring out the 'glad rags' and take the chance to win hundreds of dollars in prizes.
Nominations are open and will close as soon as ample entries are received, so get in now if you have a horse worth entering.
All acceptances are based on 'first in, first served' (first 30 guaranteed), and should there be more than the required 54 nominations, a ballot will decide the final fields.
The association retains the right to select several emergency runners in case of late scratchings. The nomination fee is $150 per horse.
All jockeys will be required to wear sponsors silks (provided by Harbour Beach Racing Association).
These silks will be available before the race and must be returned following the race.
Each race is a walk-up flag start and a false start by any horse may result in disqualification.
