The auction saw four parties competing on the 158 hectare (390 acre) predominately cleared belah scrub country property.
Bidding started at $300,000 before selling under the hammer for $670,000.
Located 8km west of Wallumbilla and 30km east of Roma, the Warrego Highway frontage property is in three freehold titles.
The property is fenced into eight paddocks. Improvements include a three bedroom home, three six-bedroom accommodation units, Colorbond shed, about 4ha of hardstand, portable panel cattle yards, a bore and nine dams.
