Colliers International will auction the Roma property Bracco on September 15.
SIGNIFICANT interest is being shown in the well developed Roma cattle property Bracco.
The 1876 hectare (4634 acre) freehold property which features brigalow/belah softwood scrub soils will be auctioned by Colliers International in Brisbane on September 15.
Bracco has six paddocks with an extensive laneway system and mustering wings.
Marketing agent Trenton Hindman said the design of the paddocks allowed for a low cost efficient mustering system.
Bracco has eight dams and a central bore that supplies a main turkey nest and its 10 stock troughs. The average annual rainfall of 591mm.
