It is one of two pubs in town, situated 250km of Mount Isa and is adjacent to the railway station and close to the Flinders Highway.

The hotel is on a 1,316sqm corner site with a mix of trade across food and beverage, some retail through the bar, and accommodation.

Savills, who are also putting Cloncurry Leichhardt Hotel on the market, said Queensland's regional pub market has shown resilience throughout COVID-19 with multiple transactions occurring across a broad mix of privately owned and larger formatted hotelier groups.
