Callide Dawson beef carcase competition presentation dinner was held in Biloela on Friday night, with more than 100 beef producers and industry representatives gathering to celebrate the winners.
The prestigious competition now in it's 33rd year, involved 269 grass fed and 310 grain fed entries drawn from the Callide and Dawson regions.
Theodore beef producers Chris and Sharyn Holmes, Terrance Vale, claimed top honours at this year's event, exhibiting the grand champion carcase and also winning most successful exhibitor with their Santa/Angus-cross cattle.
