Located 35km south of Millmerran, the property is in six titles and has frontage to the Millmerran Kooroongarra Road and Paton Road.
The 391 hectare (965 acre) property consists of about 142ha of brigalow country with the balance ranging to box and belah type country.
There is about 70h currently cultivated, with 45ha recently harvested. There is also 38ha of improved premier digit grass pasture.

Improvements include a comfortable four bedroom home with an office and a large entertaining area and garage, machinery shed with three phase power, hay shed, four bay shed, three 70 tonne grain silos, and a seed silo.
