Bulls sold to 319c/kg or $2750/head. K Goody sold Charbray six- to eight-tooth bullocks for $2206 or 359c. A and H Clifford sold Santa/Angus-cross trade steers from 359c to 396c, topping at $1980. Lee Clifford's Charbray bullocks sold to $2388 or 359c. Light trade grain accredited Santa-cross heifers sold to 364c or $1416.
WR and BM Avis sold Droughtmaster cows averaging 595kg for 307c or $1826. Pat Williams sold 594kg Santa cows for 307c to realise $1826. P and N Jamieson offered Droughtmaster-cross cows selling to 305c or $1688. Lighter 420kg Brahman-cross cows from Moretti & Son sold to 272c or $1145.
HJ and JF White sold Droughtmaster feeder steers for 404c or $1652. MD, RJ and WJ Brown sold quality Droughtmaster steers averaging 424kg for 399c or $1693. Brahman-cross feeder steers at 378kg sold for 398c or $1507.
JT Cahalane's 255kg crossbred steers realised $1177. Glen Humble, Ubobo, sold Brahman-cross weaner steers averaging 274kg for 440c or $1208. P and K Wilson's 183kg Brangus weaner steers sold to 492c or $903. J Hotz's Brahman-cross weaner steers returned $930 or 480c.
L and A Marshall sold Charbray No. 9 heifers averaging 384kg for $1460 or 380c. PG and DL Sinclair's Santa-cross No. 9 heifers sold for 374c or $1190. RW Smith's 237kg Brangus heifers sold to 393c or $933. Braford weaner heifers averaging 240kg sold to 401c or $960. J and S Clarke sold Droughtmaster weaner heifers averaging 152kg for 441c or $672.
