THE 39,038 hectare (96,465 acre) Cunnamulla property Victo has sold for $4.85 million through Landmark Harcourts.
Bought by Peter and Ann Sanderson and family, Westbourne, Tambo, the property was offered by Michael Lennon and family.
The property, located on the eastern side of the Mitchell Highway, is described as a mix of open Mitchell grass plains and mulga, gidyea, box and sandalwood country.
The sale price is equal to about $124/ha ($50/acre).
The 13,288ha (32,835 acre) Coongoola portion of the Victo aggregation sold separately to Phillip Reid, Adelaide, who also bought a section the adjoining property Nardoo through Elders.
The Killowen portion of Nardo was bought by John and Clare Steele.
The Victo sale was negotiated by Philip Manns from Landmark Harcourts in St George.
