The annual Mailman Express stopped Mount Isa in its tracks in what was a fantastic day filled with punts, family, mates and cold ones.
Roughly 4000 people from all over the country and even around the world arrived in Mount Isa for the biggest week of the year.
The day began with the gates opening at 11am and the first race starting at 1:19pm with Magic Millions Classic winner Le Chef crossing the line first.
Charlie Prow and his horse 'Kelly's Last' took out the Mailman Express with a time of 12.13 seconds.
It wasn't the first time he won, claiming the title last year riding the horse Georgie Girl.
With the Mailman now done and dusted that can only mean one thing, the Mount Isa Rodeo.
