SOME of arguably Australia’s best farming country is up for grabs when the Jimbour Plains’ property Belarka goes to auction on August 23.
Located 30km north of Dalby, Belarka covers 411 hectares (1016 acres) of prime, level, black soil treeless plain country with deep, self-mulching waco soils.
Listing agent Andrew Kirtley said the property has been farmed for more than a decade using controlled traffic conservation farming practices.
Belarka includes a three bedroom residence, sheds, silo storage, tanks and a bore.
Belarka will be auctioned by Ray White Rural in Toowoomba on August 23.
