Westwood Rural Partnership, Westwood, Mitchell sold Charolais cross steers for 265c at 660kg returning $1750. Burey Family Trust, Maree Downs, Amby sold Santa steers for 263c at 548kg returning $1442. GW and GI Emery, Wyena, Wallumbilla sold Santa cross steers for 262c at 686kg returning $1798.
Heifers over 450kg made to 258c and averaged 234c, heifers in the 350-450kg sold to 234c, averaging 189c. DW and SG Rowbotham, White Park, Roma sold Angus cross heifers for 258c at 498kg returning $1287. JH, EM and NJ McEwan, Wyoming, Roma sold Santa cross heifers for 238c at 532kg returning $1269.
Cows over 500kg peaked at 232c and averaged 205c, while cows in the 400-500kg class topped at 204c and averaged 170c. Cows 300-400kg sold to 155c and averaged 124c.
