Competitors from across the country will be putting their denim covered assets on display next weekend in Australia’s Best Butt Competition, held at the Julia Creek Dirt ’n’ Dust Festival.
The contest will be judged by a paddock full of cheering spectators and requires entrants to stand in a line on stage and shake what their mama gave them in order to earn the trophy.
If twerking is not your main game, there will be plenty more fun to join in on at Dirt ‘n’ Dust.
From horse racing and bog snorkelling to live music and sack racing – there will be something for everyone.
The main event of course is the gruelling outback triathlon.
Competitors will tackle a 800 metre swim, 25km bike ride and a 5km run.
Registrations for the tri have been extended until Tuesday April 10, for everyone still on the fence about the weekend of a lifetime.
Julia Creek is set to swell tenfold for the weekend from its usual population to 380 to 3500.
