Overall vendors grossed $763,000 for the 101 bulls sold with over 90 bid cards handed out on the day and a quality strong selection of bulls offered right through to the last lot.
Top price of $20,000 was reached twice with the first being offered by John Collins, Yaraandoo Brangus, Gracemere, selling to Richard and Dianne Pender, Boonderoo Brangus, Tansey.
Yaraandoo X-Factor, a poll bull by Bullakeana Grand Justic will be used as a stud sire for the Pender family at their South Burnett property.
The next $20,000 top was account of Duncan and Karen Geddes, Telemon Brangus, Springsure with Telemon Jacob a poll bull by Telemon Forbes selling to Geoff and Karen Russell, Echo Hills Grazing, Echo Hills, Springsure.
The Russells purchased Telemon Jacob as he was a complete package, the exact type of bull they were looking for.
Geoff and Karen had previously purchased Telemon bulls and have been very happy with how they perform in their country.
The second top price bull also offered by John Collins, Yarraandoo Brangus made $17,000 and was purchased by Jim and Glenda Maguire, Bingegang Pty Ltd, Dingo.
$16,000 was reached twice for the third top price, firstly from the Couti-Outi Brangus Stud of Lawson and Linda Geddes and family, selling to Lindsay and Fiona Barlow, Triple B Brangus, Dingo.
Next reaching in the pocket for $16,000 was Jack and son Sean Wright, Ramsey Creek Brangus, Banana who purchased Bonox 910 from Bruce and Leanne Woodard, Bonox Brangus, Taroom.
Bulls found new homes throughout Central and Northern Queensland with many repeat and new clients in the stands.
