CATTLE Council of Australia CEO Duncan Bremner says the Productivity Commission’s call to establish an Australian Commission for Animal Welfare (ACAW) has resulted from a “skewed” report, high-jacked by an extreme vegan agenda driven by animal rights activists and like-minded groups.
