TopX North Burnett held their fortnightly sale at Eidsvold on February 14 with quality cattle on offer, receiving an increase across the steer lines.

Steers 200-300kg made 321c/kg and averaged 312c/kg, steers 300-400kg reached 310c/kg and averaged 289c/kg, steers 400-500kg topped 253c/kg and averaged 250c/kg.

Heifers 200-300kg made 280c/kg and averaged 271c/kg, heifers 300-400kg sold to 262c/kg and averaged 258c/kg and heifers 400-500kg topped 256c/kg and averaged 224c/kg

Langley sold Charolais cross steers for 321c/kg at 252kg returning $809.

A Roth & D Wilson sold Charbray cross steers for 313c at 255kg returning $798. Continuing to sell Charbray cross heifers sold for 245c at 250kg returning $614.

C, M & R Murray sold Droughtmaster cross steers for 309c at 270kg returning $834, also selling Charbray cross steers for 305c at 280kg returning $854. D & K McCarthy sold Droughtmaster cross steers for 305c at 316kg returning $966. G Brian sold Hereford steers for 281c at 310kg returning $871.

W & C Bramer sold Charbray cross heifers for 280c at 263kg returning $738, also selling 342kg Charbray heifers for 262c returning $898.

K & K Voll sold Brahman cross heifers for 254c at 314kg returning $797. Werbro Enterprisers sold Santa cross steers for 250c at 490kg returning $1225.

Langview sold Simbrah steers for 255c at 586kg returning $1495. I Gitsham sold Santa cross cows for 205c at 542kg returning $1113.
