A NEW video has been launched by Dairy Australia showcasing Beaudesert as the LEGENDAIRY Capital of the Subtropical Region.
Available to view on the LEGENDAIRY Capital website and the LEGENDAIRY Capital Facebook page, the video highlights the community spirit of Beaudesert and recognises the contribution and hard work of those who made the coveted regional title a reality.
Dairy Australia’s community project manager Natasha Busbridge said the video highlighted the vital role the dairy industry plays in communities like Beaudesert.
“We were welcomed by the residents of Beaudesert and local farmer support groups who truly exemplified the LEGENDAIRY spirit,” Ms Busbridge said.
“Spending time with this community drove home the importance of local support for the industry.”
The town received a $2500 community grant to support a cow art project to capture the spirit of the town.
