This Thursday is D Day for beef producers keen for new thinking around opportunities in the beef supply chain.
Beef consumer trends, market opportunities, supply chain innovations and digital data will be among the topics discussed at the Steak Your Place - Industry Insight Day being held at Charters Towers this Thursday, May 25.
