THE premier Lake Somerset lifestyle property Braeside was sold at auction for $1.55 million at a Ray White Rural auction today. 

Offered by Priscilla and Peter Macmillan, the property on the Esk-Kilcoy Road at Hazeldean was bought by family group based in Dalby and Toowoomba.

The property has been used since the 1980s to breed cattle and sheep, and run horses.
