Steers over 550kg sold to 313c and averaged 304c, while steers in the 400-550kg also sold to 313c and averaged 292c.
Stackpoole Pastoral Co, Boorara, Cunnamulla, sold Droughtmaster steers to 313c for 598kg to return $1873. Heifers over 450kg made to 284c and averaged 278c, heifers in the 350-450kg also sold to 284c, averaging 255c. JE&DK Malone, Braeside, Kynuna, sold Droughtmaster-cross heifers to 280c for 554c to return $1552.
NA&WJ Farming, Springdale, Roma, sold Wagyu heifers to 279c for 472kg to return $1319. Cows over 500kg peaked at 269c and averaged 251c, while cows in the 400-500kg class topped at 266c and averaged 246c. Cows 300-400kg sold to 275c and averaged 208c. Stackpoole Pastoral Co, Boorara, Cunnamulla, sold Droughtmaster-cross cows to 266c.
