Located 25km from Chinchilla, the 258ha (638 acre) freehold property is described as top quality predominately flat brigalow/belah melon hole country cleared and growing native and improved pasture.
There is a bore, a dam, a turkeys nest and four main paddocks. Other improvements include a small shed.
UPDATE: Ulinda Park, a 680ha (1680 acre) grazing property located 32km from Chinchilla, sold for an undisclosed figure after auction. It comprises of a mixture of brigalow and forest country. It has a home, shed, bore, 10 dams, 10 paddocks, an airstrip and gravel pit.
However, three other properties offered at the auction remain on the market.
The Kogan properties are: Bulloak (497ha/1228 acres), Strathmerton Two (517ha/1279 acres), and Rollo Park (246ha/608 acres).
Marketing agent Mick Cuskelly, Elders Dalby, said 18 parties had registered to bid at today’s auction, which was conducted on behalf of the properties liquidator.
