BINDAREE BEEF GROUP (BBG) has concluded its efforts at domestic food shows in 2016 on a high note, with wins across the board at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show announced last week.
Each of BBG’s six entries in the branded beef competition were recipients of a medal
BBG was the recipient of champion open class and gold for Mayfield Beef; silver for Highland Park and Cape Byron and bronze for Fernhill Road, The Prestige and Vintage Dry Age.
This commendation for the Mayfield Beef brand comes on top of wins earlier in the year at the Queensland Food and Wine Showand Australian Food Awards.
These successes speak to the quality and consistency of the product, which appeared on the menu at the Fine Food & Good Brew Awards where the win was announced alongside a selection of medal winning produce from the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.
The Sydney Royal Fine Food Show provides the opportunity to benchmark against competitors as well as gaining feedback from the independent, expert judging panel. Sydney Royal medals are a renowned symbol that endorses the quality of brands and resonates with current and prospective customers alike.
BBG’s Head of Marketing, Shannon Roach said the Sydney Royal medals topped off what had been an excellent year for the company.
“These latest results have boosted our 2016 medal total to thirteen including the champion medal. Having been the recipient of a champion medal for the previous two years, we were delighted to be able to continue this success and see these awards as validation of the quality of beef being produced at Bindaree Beef through our branded programs” Ms Roach said.
