4:30 PM AEST | The ACCC will not intervene in the acquisition of the big Dairy Farmers cooperative by National Foods Ltd and Warrnambool Cheese and Butter Factory Company Holdings Ltd, after accepting court-enforceable undertakings, ACCC chairman Graeme Samuel said today.
